WELCOME TO LINWOOD NORTH SCHOOL

Established in 1908 our school prides itself on providing:

It is exciting times at Linwood North School for a number of reasons, one of those being the school redevelopment. Building started on 16th of March 2010 and is due to be finished in March 2011.

The administration block is completed and we welcome you to come and meet our management and office team and see what we mean if you haven't already!  Also, the 'Middle Block' for our middle years students is up and running.  Student feedback is excellent and the children love the warm, organised and safe environments that have been especially designed to meet the needs of todays' learner.  

No more rows of uncomfortable desks and a dusty blackboard!  Students enjoy ergonomic chairs, flexible learning spaces and are engaged in their learning through the use of interactive whiteboards and Web 2.0 tools. 

The classrooms are modern and equipped to meet the needs of todays learners!  We will be extremely fortunate to have a brand new school by mid-year as hard-court areas are paved and gardens planted.
